周倩

周倩,女,汉族,1987年1月生,博士,副教授,博士研究生导师,开云体育副院长。主要研究方向为果蔬采后生物学与贮运保鲜。中国食品科学技术学会青年工作委员会委员。入选辽宁省百千万人才万人层次、沈阳市中青年科技人才、沈阳开云体育nba官网天柱山英才。荣获沈阳市青年岗位能手、沈阳市优秀研究生管理干部、沈阳开云体育nba官网十佳青年教职工。

为本科生讲授“食品分析”、“食品安全检测技术”等课程;为研究生讲授“果蔬采后生理研究进展”、“食品质量安全检测新技术进展”等课程。主持或参与省级教改项目6项,主编副主编教材3部。指导的本科毕业论文(设计)获一等奖2人次。主编副主编教材3部。

主持国家自然科学基金青年科学项目1项,国家博士后基金面上项目一等资助1项,辽宁省科技厅自然科学基金指导计划项目1项,辽宁省教育厅科学研究项目2项,沈阳市中青年科技人才项目1项,沈阳开云体育nba官网引进人才项目1项。以主要完成人参与十三五重点研发专项子课题2项,辽宁省自然科学基金重点项目1项。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Postharvest Biology and Technology、BMC Plant Biology等学术杂志发表论文17篇,其中SCI二区以上论文13篇,影响因子累计达60.038,EI收录3篇。申请国家发明专利4件,授权1件。以第一完成人制定辽宁省地方标准3项,作为主要成员曾获神农中华农业科技奖优秀创新团队,辽宁省自然科学学术成果一等奖1项,沈阳市十大自然科学学术成果奖1项。
